Idóneo Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Intelligence leader with deep expertise in Power BI, semantic modeling, data architecture, Snowflake, and enterprise reporting modernization. This individual can independently design scalable BI solutions, lead migration and transformation initiatives, establish governance and engineering standards, and mentor developers while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of business intelligence or related professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience with:
- Semantic layers
- Cubes and extracts
- Scheduling technologies
- Analytics platforms
- Data visualization technologies
- Enterprise reporting solutions
- Experience with Kimball dimensional modeling.
- 4+ years of data analysis experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading small teams.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
- Experience leading reporting modernization and migration initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Regular and predictable attendance.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Microsoft Fabric experience.
- Python development and automation.
- Power BI administration.
- Power BI capacity management.
- Metadata-driven reporting frameworks.
- Report migration tools and automation.




- LOMA certification.
