internal audits (Systems, Process, and Product) to ensure compliance with the IMS
(Integrated Management System) through the Annual IMS Program
- Coordination of Cross Audits (PO).
Measurement of the performance of the Quality System.
Coordination of surveys requested by the
client(s).
Member of multidisciplinary teams for
continuous improvement
Follow up with certification agencies
to maintain compliance with the documents and/or commitments generated.
- Conduct and document internal audits according to the
established schedule.
- Confirm compliance and effectiveness of corrective actions
taken in previous audit discrepancies.
