Summary
Works closely with a team of recruiters managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships to support the daily Talent Acquisition operations functions for a callcenter facility.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling interviews and phone screens.
Providing followup correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
Updating candidate records, job postings in recruiting systems, and confirming new employees for orientation.
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience.
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed.
Qualifications Requirements
Minimum of 6 months admin staff,
HR staff and or receptionist, preferable.
Experience handling files, documents, and data.
Intermediate to Advanced English Level B1 required, great spoken and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and attention to details skills. Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
Proven work experience in BPO Call Center.
Schedule flexibility, including occasional weekends are required.
Onsite position, Leon Guanajuato.
