CRiskCo is looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team in Mexico City.
This opportunity is ideal for earlycareer professionals who are interested in developing their careers in fintech and B2B sales while working directly with financial institutions and enterprise clients.
About the Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
You will also have the opportunity to present innovative fintech solutions focused on risk management, compliance, and financial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain a strong commercial pipeline.
Conduct meetings and presentations with enterprise and financialsector clients.
Understand prospective clients needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Present fintech solutions related to risk, compliance, and financial intelligence.
Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM tools.
Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the commercial process.
Collaborate with internal teams to support contract completion and successful client onboarding.
Work toward established commercial objectives and performance goals.
Candidate Profile
14 years of experience in B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, banking, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in sales and business development.




Organized, proactive, and resultsoriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain consistent followup.
Interest in financial services, compliance, risk management, and technology.
Previous experience using CRM tools.
Ability to communicate professionally with corporate and enterprise clients.
Essential English Requirement
Advanced English proficiency is required, particularly strong spoken communication skills, as the position involves direct and frequent communication in English with our CEO and members of our international team.
Compensation
Monthly base salary of MXN 20,000.
Performancebased commissions.
Variable compensation may reach up to twice the base salary, depending on results.
