Summary
Performs executive, managerial, professional, technical and nonexempt recruiting including college university recruiting. Interviewing, selection and placement of candidates for reassignment and externalhireforemployment.

Key responsibilities
Interviews and screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
Conducts skills testing and office interviews to measure capability and aptitude.
Completes the hiring process by drafting and gaining signoff on offer letters.
Presents job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiates job offers for the most qualified candidates.
Oversees all preemployment requirements e.g., background investigations including reference checks, drug testing, physical exams to ensure compliance and proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance.





Qualifications Requirements
Proven work experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or in a similar position for at least 1year.
Proven work experience in BPO Call Center.
Advanced English level B2 required and great spoken and written communications skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities. Extremely welldeveloped planning and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Problem solving skills and adaptability to complex situations. Practice emotional Intelligent regulation to ensure great customer service, environment and teamwork.
Schedule flexibility, including occasional weekends are required.
Onsite position, Puebla.
