Procurement Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement.
Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed.
You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification in Mexico, Apodaca NL.
Main stakeholders are Planning, Production & Warehouse.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Follow up purchase orders




- Create purchase requisition
- Invoice follow up
- Workflows reworks
- Inventory checks
- Create open orders reports
- Supplier meeting to validate possible shortages
- Internal meeting with planning & production to validate scheduling programs
- Solve warehouse discrepancies.
Qualifications for the role (mandatory)
- You are immersed engaged in sap system & purchasing area and the electrical market
- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge in purchasing
- Possess an enhanced knowledge in sap system, purchasing and Power BI.
- You are innovative around Placing orders, expedite payment, create requisitions & validate inventories and knowledge about Excel.
- Degree in Administration, Commerce, Engineering areas
- You are at ease communicating in English
- Proactive, Analytical mindset, Problem-solving skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment.
