Descripción y detalle de las actividades
**Inventory Management & Accuracy**
- Oversee and enforce ongoing cycle counts for **blank garments** and **finished goods** to maintain >99% accuracy.
- Audit inbound goods against purchase orders to ensure correct quantities, styles, and colors.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with APF and Love in Faith HQ.
- Monitor inventory turnover and highlight slow-moving or obsolete stock.
**DTC Fulfillment Oversight**
Monitor daily **DTC fulfillment KPIs**, including:
- Order Fulfillment Rate (on-time shipments)
- Order Accuracy Rate
- Average Order Processing Time
- SLA Compliance for same-day/next-day shipping
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in picking, packing, and shipping.
- Audit outbound DTC shipments to ensure packaging and presentation meet brand standards.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to investigate and resolve fulfillment-related complaints.
**Wholesale & Production QC Oversight**
- Supervise QC processes for wholesale orders, ensuring retailer compliance (packaging, labeling, ticketing, folding, etc.).
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented for QC failures.
- Maintain QC documentation and deliver weekly compliance reports to HQ.
**Process Optimization & Partner Coordination**
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements for speed, accuracy, and cost control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational communications with APF leadership.
**Team Leadership**
- Manage,



train, and evaluate a team of three Inventory & Quality Control Specialists.
- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure QC and cycle count schedules are followed consistently.
**Reporting & Compliance**
Track and report operational KPIs, including:
- Inventory Accuracy Rate
- Cycle Count Completion Rate
- SLA Compliance Rate for DTC Orders
- Average Order Processing Time
- Order Accuracy Rate
- Ensure all operations comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide weekly operational updates and monthly performance summaries to HQ.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of warehouse or fulfillment operations experience; apparel or e-commerce preferred.
- Proven track record in managing inventory control and fulfillment performance.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with WMS/IMS systems, Google Sheets, and data reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work independently.
