The Shared Services Accounts Payable Analyst at Motus is responsible for the processing invoices for several different entities in accordance with standard accounting procedures, Daily responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of accounting reports, maintaining accounts payable records, preparation of audits and identifying areas for improvement in the process to minimize recurrence of similar issues moving forward.
**Functions**
- Review receipts made in the system, vs invoice sent by the supplier and Purchase Order.
- Management of vendor statements and vender account reconciliations; including timely receipt of any credits due from vendors.
- Resolve price discrepancies in quantities and price, if any.




- Weekly analysis of discrepancies and invoices not received in the system.
- Partner with the Accounting team to complete general ledger reconciliations, journal entries and inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining A/P functional mailboxes to keep inbox current all items in their relevant folders.
- Manual entry and processing of Intercompany invoices
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Accounting, Teamwork, Confidential, Problem Solving, ERP Knowledge.
**Qualifications**
- English Level B2/C1
- Accountant or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of AP experience or General Accounting.
