About The Role

We are looking for a Project Governance & Transformation Specialist to support global innovation and supply chain initiatives by strengthening governance, analytics, and ways of working. This role plays a key part in enabling effective decision‑making, improving cross‑functional execution, and driving transformation initiatives across the innovation and portfolio lifecycle.

The position is a high‑visibility individual contributor role, based in Mexico City,



with frequent interaction with general stakeholders and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex, matrixed organizations while influencing without direct authority.

Provide governance, coordination, and oversight of cross‑functional innovation and supply chain workstreams.
Support leadership decision‑making through structured analysis, reporting, dashboards, and insights.
