Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst — Fashion/Retail

We are looking for a Demand Planner / Demand Planning & Distribution Analyst to join our Supply Chain team.
We're looking for an analytical person with a strategic mindset who can turn sales and inventory data into decisions that impact product profitability and availability. This role is a key part of the company's S&OP; process — you'll work closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and act as a link between Commercial, Purchasing, and Operations, helping align demand forecasts, supply capacity, and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Demand planning and forecasting
Take an active role in demand planning across all sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce).
Build forecasts using both data and business judgment, based on:
Sales history
Market trends
New product launches




Promotional calendars
Supply and inventory management
Work with the supply chain team, commercial team, and distribution centers to make sure products are allocated where they're needed.
Balance service levels with inventory optimization.
Manage inventory allocation strategies.
Performance and KPIs
Track and report on:
Forecast accuracy
Fill rate / service level
Inventory turnover
Spot gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
Product lifecycle and launches
Coordinate forecasting and supply planning for new products and limited collections.
Plan for end-of-life products to avoid excess inventory.
Work with global brand teams to keep local execution aligned with integral strategy.
Systems and process improvement
Keep ERP and reporting data accurate and up to date.
Build dashboards for leadership visibility.
