6+ years of C#/.NET development, with recent production experience in .NET 8 or newer
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience designing maintainable solutions using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and dependency injection
Hands-on Azure Cloud experience such as:
Azure App Service
Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core
Azure Storage / Blob Storage
Azure Service Bus
Azure API Management
Azure Key Vault
Azure Cache for Redis
Experience with message-driven architecture, preferably using MassTransit
Strong REST/JSON API development and enterprise integration experience
Experience integrating with legacy technologies such as SOAP, XML, WCF, SFTP, and file-based interfaces
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth/OIDC, Managed Identity, RBAC, and application security




Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, pull requests, and automated deployments
Experience with Terraform or comparable IaC tooling
Experience with automated unit, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
Experience with observability tools such as Application Insights, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, or New Relic
Experience building high-volume document-processing, workflow, or distributed enterprise applications or industry experience with print/mail a plus.
Must be capable of contributing to architecture, technical design, code reviews, mentoring, production support, and legacy-system modernization
