Position: Logistics Manager
Academic Background: Bachelor ́s Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade with a focus on Logistics, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Over 5 years of experience providing specialized support in the automotive industry.
Skilled in SAP WM, quality systems, traceability systems, and other logistics-related platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, lead, and optimize the supply chain operations, minimizing logistics costs and maximizing service levels for internal and external customers.
- Manage plant inventories efficiently to ensure high turnover rates.
- Ensure accurate and optimal material and production planning to meet customer requirements.
- Administer foreign trade compliance programs and obligations.
- Issue and authorize production plans and orders in alignment with customer demands.
- Guarantee timely and balanced supply of raw materials and packaging.
- Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customers, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with engineering to schedule production of events, pre-series, and prototypes.




- Maintain inventory reliability at 95% or higher.
- Reduce inbound and outbound logistics costs in line with organizational plans.
- Propose, document, and implement strategic initiatives (e.g., warehouse design, material flow optimization).
- Ensure accurate demand and material planning in SAP according to company guidelines.
- Evaluate the impact of customer-requested changes.
- Organize and implement personnel-related measures such as evaluation, training, development, and participate in hiring, promotion, and development decisions.
Key Authorities:
- Report directly to the General Director.
- Authorize production plans based on customer demand.
- Responsible for timely supply and must inform the General Director of any delivery delays.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and inventory management in line with company policies.
- Actively participate in cost reduction initiatives and motivate team involvement.
- Monitor logistics performance and participate in decision-making with HR and General Management.
