That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe.
As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres.
It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As Google grows, so do the operational complexities, compliance risks, and cultural nuances that are unique to the markets, sites, countries, and regions where Googlers work.

To address these complexities, our HR teams offer a structured, location-based approach for delivering HR support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for labor relations in Canada and Latin America.
Represent regional needs in general discussions and ensure local execution of initiatives aligns with regional needs.
- Monitor labor relations and trends in the region to anticipate potential challenges and advise leadership on risk mitigation.
- Lead a comprehensive labor relations strategy for both local and regional levels, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
Drive initiatives to improve the labor relations environment and create frameworks that empower local teams to execute processes effectively.
- Deliver training programs that enhance labor relations expertise across leadership, People Operations, and the broader Googler community.
- Enable the roll-out of labor relations processes and company-wide programs in the region, ensuring alignment with local labor practices and business needs.
