**Role Objective**
This role supports the CEO with all things visual—designing assets for digital campaigns, speaking engagements, internal communications, and social media.

**Responsibilities**
- Create graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, presentations, and internal projects
- Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing team on branding, promotions, and events
- Translate creative ideas into visual content across multiple platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Manage deadlines, revisions, and content calendars with excellence
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and/or other design tools
- Experience creating social media assets, marketing graphics, and professional templates
- Excellent communication skills and creative judgment
- Ability to work on-site in Glendale, AZ
