Education: Engineer / Graduate in computer science, information technology, computing, systems, etc. (Titled, student, intern and / or Technician or Technologist in computer science)
Knowledge: Basic knowledge in hardware, software, operating systems, database, knowledge in Windows, Office, Linux (preference), reading and interpretation of flowcharts, structured cabling.
English 50%.
Experience: Technical support to computer equipment, SQL Server, bases in some programming language
- Hardware Support (Scanners, Pcs, Zebra Printers, Collectors)
- Programming routes in sfdc based on flowcharts
- Support Software (Windows, Linux, Chrome, JMDS, Cirrus)
- Keep down production times with respect to systems.
