Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Project Manager _located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the General Manager, Project Manager role will be responsible for strategic interface between customers, GAMs, and the site, driving cross-functional activities to meet program and operational goals.
Leads initiatives to improve operational performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Strong focus on execution and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Act as the primary liaison between the customer, GAMs (General Account Managers), and the site operations team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables._
- _ Drive and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet operational and customer objectives, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues._
- _ Monitor and improve operational performance, focusing on key metrics related to quality, delivery, and cost._
- _ Participating in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives._
- _ Facilitating meetings between different teams to ensure alignment._
- _ Effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders._




- _ Preparing reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes._
- _ Lead continuous improvement initiatives across SMT (Surface Mount Technology), PCBA, and box build processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Proven experience in program or project management within electronic manufacturing environments._
- _ Strong operational knowledge of SMT, PCBA assembly, and box build integration processes._
- _ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets._
- _ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with customers, GAMs, and internal teams._
- _ Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement._
- _ Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and operational performance metrics._
- _ Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-mix/low-volume production settings._
- _ Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus._
- _ Fluent in English (verbal and written).
