About the Role:
Radar Hire is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to support a fire alarm and construction services company based in California. As the main point of contact for scheduling and service coordination, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and top-tier client satisfaction.
This position is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a strong sense of ownership over their work. You’ll work closely with technicians, clients, and the leadership team to keep projects moving and clients informed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily scheduling for service calls and inspections
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service-related calls and emails
Update the CRM and project calendar with new requests, technician notes, and follow-ups
Communicate effectively with field technicians to ensure alignment on job schedules and priorities
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and document resolution of service tickets
Provide estimating support for fire alarm systems (preferred, but not required)
Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and coordination tasks
Track technician productivity (billable vs. non-billable hours) and schedule adherence
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative coordination or project support
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Confident using CRM platforms and online calendars
Comfortable reading maps and helping technicians route efficiently
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with professionalism
Tech-savvy and responsive with reliable internet and a functioning computer
Nice to Have
Previous experience in the fire alarm, construction, or field services industry
Estimating experience for fire alarm services or similar technical systems
Familiarity with field service software and tools used for dispatching or service tracking
