Role Overview: As a Manager specializing in SAP OTC with CCM experience, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Order to Cash processes. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions that enhance contract and pricing management, ensuring seamless integration between sales, billing, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute SAP OTC business process design and configuration, focusing on Condition Contract Management (CCM)

Analyze and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions related to pricing, contracts, rebates, and settlements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure end-to-end process alignment

Support and troubleshoot ongoing SAP OTC and CCM issues, providing timely resolutions

Conduct system testing, user training, and prepare documentation on SAP OTC and CCM functionalities

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline OTC processes and improve data accuracy





Stay updated with the latest SAP functionalities and best practices related to OTC and CCM

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

5 to 7 years of professional experience in SAP OTC, with proven hands‑on experience in Condition Contract Management (CCM)

Strong knowledge of SAP SD module, especially pricing and rebate functionality

Experience with SAP contract and condition‑based pricing (rebates, discounts, chargebacks)

Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into SAP configurations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem‑solving aptitude and attention to detail

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
