Role Overview We are seeking a multifaceted Graphic Designer to serve as a creative pillar for our marketing efforts. This role is focused on producing high-quality "top of funnel" resources and professional collateral for both digital and print distribution. The idóneo candidate is a proficient designer capable of managing custom projects from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities Custom Design Production: Create and manage custom designs using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Photoshop).

Marketing Collateral: Design professional flyers and brochures tailored for both digital and print platforms.

Long-Form Content: Develop engaging layouts for high-value resources including E-books, white papers, and case studies.

Strategic Visuals: Produce specialized resources designed for the top of the sales funnel (e.g., educational guides for senior living facilities).

Requirements & Qualifications Technical Proficiency: Strong,



hands-on working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva is strictly essential.

Design Versatility: Proven ability to handle diverse design requests, seamlessly transitioning between digital assets and print-ready files.

Deadline Driven: Ability to work efficiently and autonomously to meet immediate business needs and project timelines.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure all custom designs meet professional standards and strict brand alignment.

Schedule & Work Arrangement Employment Type: Full-time position.

Days: Monday through Friday.

Working Hours: US Business Hours (Central Time).

Location: Fully Remote.
