The Sr. Manufacturing Industrial Engineering Manager will lead industrial engineering strategy and operational excellence initiatives across a high-growth manufacturing site. This role will oversee a team of industrial engineers and partner closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve productivity, optimize processes, reduce costs, and support the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies.
The adecuado candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving skills and has a proven track record of leading Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, productivity, and transformation initiatives in complex manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do in This Role
Leadership & Strategy
Lead the Industrial Engineering strategy and develop a high-performing team.
Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Partner with site and cross-functional leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
Process Optimization
Optimize workflows, material flow, production lines, capacity, and labor utilization.




Lead time studies, line balancing, ergonomic assessments, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving.
Implement standardized work and data-driven solutions to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.
Technology & Innovation
Identify and deploy automation, Industry 4.0, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
Use data analytics, dashboards, and simulation tools to improve plant performance.
Support digital transformation and process modernization.
Productivity & Cost Improvement
Drive improvements in labor productivity, cycle time, capacity, throughput, and operating cost.
Lead layout redesigns, capacity planning, capital projects, ROI analysis, and equipment specifications.
Ensure project benefits are achieved and sustained over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
Support NPI, equipment installation
