About This Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to lead the integral operation of our assigned client accounts. You will act as the ultimate bridge between our clients, internal multidisciplinary teams (Creative, Content, Production, PR, etc.), and strategic vendors, while leading a team of 5+ direct reports.

What You'll Do
Client & Strategic Leadership
Lead the operational relationship with clients, building long-term partnerships and deeply understanding their business objectives.




Participate in strategy development, translating client needs into actionable plans and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to execute them.
Identify new business opportunities, manage expectations, resolve complex incidents, and present project progress and results.
Track KPIs and proactively propose initiatives for account growth.
Project & Financial Management
Supervise end-to-end project planning, coordinate calendars, monitor timelines, and validate deliverables to ensure the highest quality.
Anticipate risks, manage priorities, and coordinate campaign or project launches.
Supervise account profitability, control budgets, and closely track purchase orders and billing processes.
Supervise project scopes to detect and manage any financial deviations.
Team Leadership
Directly lead, coordinate, and assign priorities to the Accounts team (overseeing Senior, Junior, Assistant, and Intern roles)
