About the Role

- Role: Master Data Specialist
- Location: Mexico (Remote)
- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Transfer of Work (ToW) projects between manufacturing facilities
- Create, maintain, review,



and validate master data within ERP systems
- Manage SKU, Item, Product, Customer, and Packaging data
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Support ERP readiness, system setup, migration, and transition activities
- Coordinate pre-transfer and pre-production activities
- Manage assigned activities as individual projects, tracking timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with sending and receiving manufacturing plants
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Pre-Press, Estimating, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Identify and resolve data and system-related issues
- Use Excel for data analysis, lookups, Pivot Tables, and data validation
- Ensure systems and master data are production-ready before transfers
- Travel frequently to U.S. manufacturing locations and provide on-site support

Idóneo Background:

- Master Data / Data Management experience
- ERP experience with JDE, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Radius, FlexLink, Label Traxx, or similar platforms
- Background in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
- Experience with SKU, Item, Product, Customer, or Packaging Master Data
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation
- Project coordination and stakeholder management experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel 50%+ within the U.S.
