Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

The Work Model For The Role Is This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

- Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
- Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
- Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.




- Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

- Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.
- Previous experience working as material planner, planner buyer or similar in direct material is a must.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).
- Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS), capacity plans, and work order execution timelines.
- APICS Knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Advanced English Level.
