**PROFILE**
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
- Requires at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to continually learn new services.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Competencies with computer usage in general.
- Ability to effectively use the MS Office package, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio,, and/or Adobe Acrobat.

- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on TSS field documentation and test results for conformance to both normative and client specifications upstream of the Technical Report writing process for conformance to both normative and client specifications where applicable.
- Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on TSS, client,



and third-party data and test results for conformance to both normative and client specifications where applicable.
- Coordinate as required with internal departments to resolve errors and meet quality control objectives
- Interpret and communicate Correct test results including any associated normative or client specifications to providfield documentatione within client correspondences, internal discussions, or in report generation and log errors identified during review process.
- Engage in customer service interactions by electronic, telephone, and/or direct in-person correspondence pertaining to client inquiries and comments.
- Execute work in timeline as set by Data Quality Control Manager.
- Coordinate as required with internal departments to meet data quality objectives
**SHIFT**
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:36 pm
+1 hour lunch and two 15 min breaks
