**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, managing them from conception to completion.
- Utilize various organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, and copywriting.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target audiences.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key Furniture industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget quarterly and annually, ensuring wise allocation of funds.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, printed brochures, and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing outcomes against established goals.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, alongside the willingness to learn and grow in the company.
- A conversational and written English level is required for this position.
- Willingness to travel for trade markets to the United States; having a current US Visa is a plus.
- Have a track record of successfully leading and managing teams.




- Proven ability to identify target audiences and creatively devise and lead marketing campaigns across various channels that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Numerically literate and comfortable working with data, interpreting metrics, and processing figures using spreadsheets.
- Experience in making the right changes to a website, landing page, social media campaign, or other spaces to get customers to take action.
- Ability to effectively communicate narratives, engaging audiences and conveying information, ideas, or emotions through a compelling story.
- A sense of aesthetics and experience in graphic design and/or interior design.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
