Fictiv Mexico is seeking a proactive and hands-on **Finance Manager** to lead the financial, accounting, and tax operations for our growing team.
In this role, you will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and control, while helping optimize both local and cross-border workflows.
You'll also partner closely with our US-based headquarters.
**What You'll Do**
- Own financial reporting and the general ledger for Fictiv Mexico.
- Ensure local statutory compliance in bookkeeping, taxation, and reporting.
- Oversee cash flow and foreign exchange operations.
- Optimize accounting processes for both local and international transactions.
- Prepare, review, and manage payroll.
- Approve and manage payments to local vendors.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Enforce corporate financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain ERP compliance for customer order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Respond to financial information requests from the US headquarters.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years in financial reporting and general ledger accounting.
- Experience in cost or inventory accounting.
- Prior work experience in manufacturing and/or multinational environments.
- Strong leadership and hands-on execution.
- Excellent understanding of local financial and tax regulations.




- Skilled in process documentation and team training.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
- Comfortable managing tasks across time zones.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con nuestra oficina central en Estados Unidos.
**Responsabilidades**
- Supervisar los reportes financieros y el libro mayor de Fictiv México.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo local en contabilidad, impuestos e informes financieros.
- Administrar el flujo de efectivo y operaciones de tipo de cambio.
- Optimizar procesos contables locales e internacionales.
- Preparar, revisar y administrar la nómina.
- Aprobar y gestionar pagos a proveedores locales.
- Liderar los cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Aplicar políticas y procedimientos financieros corporativos.




- Asegurar el cumplimiento del ERP en la gestión de pedidos de clientes.
**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o carrera afín (CPA o MBA deseable).
- Mínimo 7 años de experiência en contabilidad general y reportes financieros.
- Experiência en contabilidad de costos o inventarios.
- Haber trabajado en empresas manufactureras o multinacionales es un plus.
- Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo y ejecución práctica.
- Sobresaliente conocimiento de las normativas fiscales y contables locales.
- Experiência en documentación de procesos y capacitación de equipos.
- Atención al detalle, iniciativa propia y mentalidad resolutiva.
- Capacidad para trabajar en distintos husos horarios.
- Nível de inglés profesional (escrito y hablado).
