**Position Summary**:
The Finance Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring compliance with financial policies, accurate record-keeping, and efficient financial operations.
This role includes supervising a team of finance or accounting professionals, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring that the organization's financial resources are effectively managed.
The Finance Supervisor also acts as a key point of contact between the finance team and other departments, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and provide guidance to accounting start, delegate tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and compliance with deadlines
- Provide Training, performance evaluations, and mentorship to support employee development.
- Oversee daily accounting functions such as general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial periods.
- Act as a key link between the accounting team and other company departments.




- Tracks erros or discrepancies in submitted financial reports/journals ******% accuracy.
- Measures the average time taken to pay suppliers, and make sure follow company credit policies.
- Accuracy on Notifications to Authorities.
- Accuracy on information provided to Auditors
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance.
- Leadership, time management, and organizational skillls.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Strong attention to details and problem-solving ability.
