Automation & Electrical Engineer (PLC Focus) Location: San Luis Potosí, S.L.P (Travel required - domestic and international) We are seeking a highly motivated Automation & Electrical Engineer with proven experience in PLC programming, electrical wiring, and industrial machine troubleshooting.
This position requires frequent travel and hands-on involvement in commissioning, debugging, and maintaining automated systems.
--- Key Responsibilities: Program, configure, and connect to PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi).
Design and perform electrical installations, including panel wiring and field device connections.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues in industrial machinery.
Interpret and generate electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams during system integration and commissioning.
Provide on-site support to clients across multiple locations (national and international).
--- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with industrial automation and PLC control systems.




Strong understanding of electrical connections, control panels, and industrial sensors and actuators.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (technical reading, writing, and verbal communication required).
High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (up to 80% of the time).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.
