Responsibilities:
- Analyze warranty claims and identify potential issues with the Dodge Truck Actuators
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Design Office) to determine root cause of failures
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure they are aware of any quality issues and provide them updates on actions taken or required to resolve the issue.
- Ensure effective communication within the team regarding warranty trends, analysis, and resolutions.
- Develop action plans to address warranty issues and implement improvements to reduce future warranty costs.
- Monitor progress of warranty reduction initiatives and report status internally and externally as needed.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing during production launches, providing guidance on how to address specific issues.




- Support product design changes by providing feedback based on field experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
5+ years of relevant Automotive industry experience, including knowledge of Electric Motors
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite and SQL/Excel Pivot Tables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
