**Position Overview**:
At Trukcargo LLC we're seeking a **Freight Operations Coordinator** to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for managing ground transportation operations across domestic and cross-border shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and providing excellent communication between customers and drivers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and monitor truckload shipments (domestic, import/export, cross-border).
- Track and update shipment status while maintaining constant communication with customers and drivers.
- Prepare and manage transportation documentation, including customs requirements when applicable.
- Handle operational issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Report performance metrics and ensure service level compliance.
**Requirements**:
- Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken) preferred.
- Strong organizational,



problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, TMS or similar).
