**Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of technical concepts, issues, trends, and best practices as they relate to Oracle cloud technologies and system integrations.
- Preparing documentation, such as Technical Design Specifications
- Facilitates cross functional troubleshooting, root cause analysis and engages others when needed.
- Providing production support.
This includes troubleshooting break/fix issues, resolving technically complex software defects, and conducting performance tuning.
- When required, logging Service Requests with Oracle and working with Oracle to resolve defects.
- Coordinating and troubleshooting with system analysts, developers, and business owners for interface support
- Mentor others on the team and raise the bar for technical knowledge across a wide spectrum.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of information technology concepts issues, trends and best practices as they relate to Cloud technologies and system integrations.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle E, Business Suite particularly financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, stored procedures, Oracle workflow, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, JDeveloper, SOA suite etc.
- Strong expertise in SQL tuning and high-volume data processing.




- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with RESTful architecture and microservices development, including API design, security, and scalability best practices.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience working with cloud-based services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Experience with GIT version control, and CI/CD (Continuous integration/continuous deployment
- Experience with Oracle ReIM is a plus.
- Preferred to have recent experience with upgrade to Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Prior experience implementing Oracle EBS upgrade 12.2 is a plus
- Experience integrating with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Financials) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in enterprise or high-scale environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
