**Supervisory Capacity: No Supervisory Responsibilities**
- Responsible of the development and implementation of current and new software projects that will improve the daily operations of plant and corporate functions.
- Provide Leadership for corporate standardization, best practice deployment and increased systems utilization across facilities.
- Evaluate procedures across all departments and plant operations, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support and Development of Corporate Systems including Corporate Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) and Financial Consolidation Systems.
- Support and Implementation of Corporate Systems including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Production Tracking Systems, and Enterprise Asset Management systems.
- Manage multiple projects across locations and functions.
- Manage the education and training of new technology to end users.
- Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
- Negotiate pricing and support contracts for software.
- Direct Plant IT with designing the technical requirements for any projects.
- Standardize IT practices and equipment across the board for the plants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document information needs and functional requirements.
- Lead business analysis and modelling activities by interviewing process owners, users, and other stakeholders to identify business processes, optimize workflow, document findings and recommend improvements.




- Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements; create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks and issues and reporting project status to business leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Lead the delivery of business process improvements and system enhancements by implementing configuration changes in QAD ERP.
Work with business users and corporate quality teams to develop test plans and assist in development of custom reports and dashboards for business users

**Required Education Level**
Bachelor's Level Degree
Area of Study: BS or MS in Information Systems or other relevant degree

**Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)**
5-9 Minimum Years of Experience with business analysis.

3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
**Preferred Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)**
- Software knowledge:
- QAD ERP, EAM,
- SAP added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the QAD ERP platform configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels.
- Ability to manage a variety of constituencies with competing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies; experience with software validation in a GxP environment is a plus.
