Job Summary
**Job Description**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus
- Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct, the Supply Chain Solution Analyst role involves working closely with CTF leads of the organization to ensure the best strategy to achieve the FOL targets.
- What a typical day looks like:
- Attend CTB meeting to update reports.
- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
- Review data analysis-related materials.
- Participate with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives
- Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.




- Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.
- Provides supplier management.
- Drives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations.
- The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS in international business or related.
- Experience in negotiation with vendors, Brokers, and Distribution.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced functional, technical, people, and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
