Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Data & Quality Career

As an Oracle Integrations Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering integration solutions for healthcare clients leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

You will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor, responsible for architecting, developing, governing, and supporting complex integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and third-party or legacy systems.

This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, hands-on integration expertise, and client consulting. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions.

What You’ll Do

· Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

· Serve as the technical integration lead and subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related Oracle applications.

· Design and implement complex integrations between Oracle SaaS applications and third-party, on-premises, and legacy systems.

· Develop integrations using OIC adapters, REST/SOAP web services, APIs, FBDI, HDL, BICC, Business Events, BI Publisher, and Oracle Database.

· Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical integration architectures, technical specifications, and data-mapping strategies.

· Partner with functional leads, business analysts, client stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful integration delivery.





· Lead integration testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, error handling, deployment, and production support.

· Establish and maintain integration standards, reusable design patterns, development methodologies, and governance practices.

· Promote best practices for integration security, data integrity, monitoring, error management, and maintainability.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and other technical team members.

· Participate in project planning, technical reviews, solution design sessions, and client presentations.

· Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through testing, go-live, and post-production support.

· Identify opportunities to improve existing integrations, automate processes, reduce technical complexity, and enhance client outcomes.

· Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.

· Act as a trusted technical advisor by identifying risks, recommending solutions, and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Contribute to the development of innovative solutions, reusable assets, and integration best practices across Impact Advisors Mexico.

Who You Are

Education & Experience:

· 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, systems integration, software development, or related technical roles.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

· Proven experience serving as a technical lead or integration architect on complex Oracle Cloud projects.

· Experience leading technical teams through at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

· Experience working across Oracle Fusion modules such as ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX.

· Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, functional consultants, and third-party vendors.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.





· Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.

Technical Expertise

· Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including application integration and orchestration.

· Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL, XSLT, and web services.

· Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion inbound and outbound integration mechanisms, including:

o FBDI o HDL o BICC o BI Publisher / BIP Reports o Business Events o REST APIs

· Experience with OIC adapters and connectivity to Oracle and third-party applications.

· Knowledge of integration security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, and secure authentication mechanisms.

· Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, validation, error handling, and integration monitoring.

· Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.

· Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), SOA Suite, API Gateway, or related Oracle technologies is highly desirable.

· Understanding of CI/CD practices, source control, deployment processes, and integration governance.
