**Position Purpose**
The role requires advanced modeling skills, database and data management experience, and good statistical analysis skills, ultimately providing the information needed to bear upon financial results and business decisions.
Provide research and analytical support associated with Mexico projects, and/or asset management of operating Stores
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling to assess and track Store's performance and business continuity.
Analyze performance against proforma to ensure results are achieved or proper actions are inplace to avoid financial impacts.
Perform financial statement analysis, create and interprete financial reports, identifying trends and providing insights to improve financial performance
- Performs and analyzes what-if scenarios for Store's renewal process, purchase options and store expansion projects to assist the real estate team determining feasibility of proposed projects.
Prepare presentation materials and proposals with responsibility for written and graphic requirements
- Assists in reviews of FY budgets, 1-5 Years Plan, and Long Range Plan.
Assists in the design of communication of such materials to senior management and the Board of Directors.




- Support the Mexico business with a fully analytical skill set, including developing operational reporting and executive dashboards, providing analysis, conclusions, and recommendations for business continuity and opportunal decision making.
Build and employ financial models and modeling tools to analyze corporate impacts of various opportunities and risk assessment
- Supporting the financial review of key initiatives focused on driving business performance, including the creation and analysis of business cases, prepare documentation over corporate capital Projects.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, creating cost reduction strategies and implementing processes to ensure the most efficient cost structure
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Mathematics, Statistics, Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting, Economics.
Years of Experience: Five to seven years.
Type of Experience: Financial Modelling, Planning & Analysis, Predictive Modelling, Optimization, Statistical Analysis (dependence methods).
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Advance Excel, Python, Automation tools, Power Bi
Other/Preferred: English, superior communication skills.
