The Job
As a Sales Support Representative at stichd it is your responsibility for managing the complete order process and offering optimal service to our customers and sales force.
You are responsible for the order, forecast and delivery process and ensures optimal services and support towards the assigned accounts.
Furthermore, you support in sales activities to drive the business categories and brand-portfolio in order to maximize turnover and profitability.
Your Mission
- Ensure excellent services and support towards our customers;
- Monitor the order process and make sure products are delivered following customer agreements;
- Suggest actions and ways to further improve the business;
- Managing complaints;
- Managing Accounts Receivable and Debtor Management;
- Coordinating bi-annual sample processes;
- Monitoring logistics processes in cooperation with our Warehouse in Tilburg
- Responsible for the Mailing Calendar
- Follow up and expand customer contacts by mail and telephone to promote the business
- Propose and implement suggestions to improve the business,



where creative and commercial thinking is important;
- Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.
Your Talent
- Commercial experience developed in supportive or account supportive roles
- Strong and positive team player with a solution focused approach and a high quality standard of execution and delivery
- Knowledge of International trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English as we have an international team
- Your aim is to sit in the control seat by proactive work, multitasking and working together with all different dept. within our organization to reach collective goals.
- Awareness of Time management driven by awareness of result.
