**About the Role**:
goFLUENT is looking for a **motivated and results-driven Business Developer** with a passion for **cold outreach and B2B sales**.
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline — the crucial first step in engaging with future clients and generating high-quality business opportunities.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Be the **first point of contact** for potential clients — you are the voice of goFLUENT.
- ** Identify decision-makers** and uncover potential business needs and pain points.
- Build and nurture relationships with **high-potential leads**, supporting the sales team to secure meetings and close deals.
- ** Maintain and update** prospect data and interactions in **Salesforce**.
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to continuously improve outreach strategies and results.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **B2B sales**, **telesales**, or similar outbound sales roles.




- Proven ability and **confidence in cold calling** and making high-volume outbound contacts.
- ** Excellent communication skills** - engaging, proactive, and persuasive.
- Resilient and goal-oriented - you bounce back from challenges and keep pushing forward.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with **Microsoft Office**, **Google Workspace**, and ideally **Salesforce**.
- Creative and strategic thinker - able to tailor messaging and **personalize outreach**.
- ** Spanish: Native or advanced level (required)**
- ** English: Advanced level is a strong plus**
