Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with a bilingual, international curriculum

Teach language, literature, and writing with a strong focus on critical analysis and expression

Foster a classroom culture that promotes curiosity, discussion, and independent thinking

Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs

Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback

Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons

Encourage reading culture and literary appreciation

Support students’ academic and personal development

Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary and project‑based learning

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and wellbeing

Requirements / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field

Teaching qualification or certification (preferred)

Proven experience teaching English at secondary level

Strong understanding of literature, writing, and language instruction

Experience in bilingual or international school settings (highly desirable)

Ability to foster critical thinking and student engagement





Strong classroom management and organisational skills

Advanced English proficiency (required)
