We're looking for a **Sales Specialist** who can take charge of our outbound marketing efforts, generate and nurture leads, and provide top-notch customer support.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Lead Generation & Sales Outreach_
- Research and identify potential leads using provided tools and resources
- Present and explain our value proposition to prospective clients
- Manage and update lead data in the CRM, tracking communication and follow-ups
- Set up product demos and assist in closing deals
- Customer Support & Communication_
- Assist users with setup, troubleshooting, and questions about our features




- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve user experience
- Marketing Support_
- Help test messaging to improve response and conversion rates
- Contribute to building a repeatable, scalable sales process
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer support (startup experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English is a MUST (C1-C2)**:
- Comfortable making cold calls and communicating with potential customers
