Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and love turning interest into revenue?
We're looking for sharp, persuasive sales agents ready to earn big.
**Your Mission**:
Handle incoming calls from customers already interested in our products.
You'll guide them through their options, answer questions, and **seal the deal** — plus offer upgrades and exclusive memberships when eligible.
**Call Scenarios**:
- **Hard Offers**: Customer wants to order and is looking for a deal — you make it happen.
- **Trial Offers**: Customer gets to try the product for a low cost with a subscription model.
- **Soft Offers**: Customer is curious — you educate and close.
- **Clubs**: End each call with a chance to add bonus subscriptions.
**Products Include**:
- Beauty & skincare items
- Nutritional supplements
- Home fitness equipment
**What You'll Earn**:
**PM Shifts**:
- 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM




- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **$2,313 MXN/week + unlimited commissions + performance bonuses**
**Graveyard Shift**:
- 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- **$2,606 MXN/week + unlimited commissions + performance bonuses**:
- **+ $1,000 MXN transport bonus**
Two rotating days off weekly
