The Recipe For Success

Design and lead the commercial strategy to maximize Le Creuset’s profitability and market positioning in Mexico. Serve as the primary negotiator with strategic partners and drive the expansion of the B2B, Wholesale, and Retail channels, ensuring margin protection and preserving the value and integrity of the brand.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commercial Relations, or a related field
Master’s degree or specialization in Commercial Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Commercial Strategy (Preferred)

English B2 level.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and key account management (KAM), including at least 4 years in managerial roles or leading commercial teams within retail, premium consumer goods, luxury, home, or lifestyle sectors
