As Sales Representative you will play a key role for Manages Key Market in assigned territory in the division of Abrasive System Division in Tijuana, Mexico.
In this role you will be able to- Understands sales goals and establishes self-directed sales coverage aligned with the Division objectives.
- Recommends adjustments and reassessments to business plan and establishes new objectives.
- Exhibits leadership with accounts & prospects.
- Provide support & training for the key distributors.
- Applies business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans.
- Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results.

- Represents business unit products and services to customers and prospects.
- Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor.

Your Skills and Expertise- Bachelor ́s degree concluded, desirable Industrial Engineer or correlated areas- Minimum 3 years of experience in related jobs

- Experience managing territories, achieving objectives and goals, independent, self-oriented and motivated, selling skills and administration, organized, time efficiency, technical knowledge of industry manufacturing, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Industrials sales experience.
- Desirable Intermediate English.
- Availability to travel in assigned territory.
- Preparation of cost benefit analysis, excel tables, etc.- Available to live and work in Tijuana, MX
