**Salary**: $15,000 - $20,000 MXN per month
**About the Role**:
1. **Seeking Influencer Collaborations**
- Identify local influencers on platforms like TikTok/FB/Instagram/YouTube for long-term partnerships.
- Regularly communicate with existing partners and media to maintain strong relationships.
2. **Collaboration Follow-Up**
- Negotiate prices, sign contracts, and manage payment processes.
- Review advertising content from influencers to ensure compliance with company requirements.
3. **Performance Tracking & Improvement**
- Compile statistics on ad performance metrics (views, likes, saves, etc.).
- Manage comment sections and address issues promptly.
- Optimize future collaborations based on data feedback.

**Other Tasks**
- Complete other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.
**Requirements**:✔ Familiarity with the Mexican influencer community and social media platforms (e.g., TikTok/Instagram).
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
✔ Data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel and other office tools.
✔ (Proficiency in English, Chinese is a plus.)
