Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Business Systems Analyst_ _located in _Guadalajara, North_._
- Reporting to the IT Manager, Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for provide technical assistance identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements, to create specifications and direct translations of functions to be automated including complete systems design in detail.
Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge_
- _ Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals_
- _ Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements._
- _ Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposals_
- _ Support Project Management during planning and execution, relevant to project scale_
- _ Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion,



consistent with all software development lifecycle phases_
- _ Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams_
- _ Use a variety of technical and functional tools to analyze complex structures and identify patterns to provide impactful insights_
- _ Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies_
- _ Work within the established model to allow software and/or systems scalability though appropriate intake and prioritization of new requirements_
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Must be able to read, write and speak in English easily._
- _ Good exposure to any ERP.
Baan or ERP LN exposure will be preferred._
- _ Good communication and collaboration skills,_
- _ Good knowledge of order to cash process_
- _ Good functional knowledge of any of Order Management, Warehouse Management, SFC Control, Production Planning and Control area._
- _ Ready to work in shifts, Versátil in timings_
- _ Good knowledge of B2B EDI and A2A signals,_
- _ Requirement gathering from sites, analysis,_
- _ Preparing the specification documents,_
- _ Collaborating with development teams, site users,_
- _ Testing and delivery of solutions_
