**CAD/Revit Drafter**
**About the Position**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, modify, and update detailed electrical drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD software
- Work collaboratively with engineers to understand project requirements and implement their design intent
- Produce accurate construction documents including electrical plans, power distribution layouts, and circuit diagrams
- Maintain organized drawing files according to company standards
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with electrical codes and project specifications
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency across project documentation
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet or exceed project deadlines
- Assist in troubleshooting design conflicts within BIM models




- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard electrical details and templates
- Stay current with software updates and industry best practices
**Required Qualifications**
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with demonstrable experience creating electrical construction documents
- Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam for PDF markup, review, and collaboration
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar electrical drafting role
- Ability to interpret engineering instructions and translate them into accurate technical drawings
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineering staff
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Problem-solving abilities to address design conflicts and technical issues
**Competitive Salary**
**Shift Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday**
