**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Responsible for lead implementation of digital use cases across the region.
Assure integration and maximized the use of Data in LAB
Support local teams to adopt digital and data best practices
Deep analysis of data and results of different, supporting the tracking, measurement and optimization of digital investments
Support the implementation of Digital Tools across LAB
Project lead of digital assets development and implementation
**Your Impact**
As LAB Digital Sr.
Analyst your responsibilities would consist of




- Identify and define campaign objective to build and optimize campaigns across the consumer funnel.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to increase brand metrics and/or conversions
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion AB Test.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience (including assure tracking codes and tagging to measure)
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners, while leading tracking and optimizing processes to maximize invesments
Qualifications:

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Project Management experience
Experience in identifying target audiences to activate digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Knowledge of website analytics tools
Experience and knowledge on measurement, setting kpis,



and optimize Digital Campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Adaptability to work within a versátil and innovative culture.
Highly resilent to adapt to the franchise environment
Team player and builder
Communication and influencing skills
