PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for all clinical roles across the organization, including creating job descriptions, executing sourcing strategies to attract qualified clinical professionals, and utilizing various recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and employee referrals, Partners with external agencies, universities, and professional networks)
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand workforce needs and hire forecasts
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation, training, and orientation are completed efficiently.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a recruitment team, ensuring effective collaboration, goal alignment, and high-performance standards.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract clinical talent.
- Compliance: Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to healthcare-specific compliance requirements, including background checks, licensure verification, and certifications.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies or job boards to support volume hiring when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 + years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- 3-6 years of health care / Clinical recruitment from reputable companies.
Experience in Healthcare / RCM will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements.
- Extensive people management experience with a proven record of working effectively with people.
External and internal stakeholder management across levels.
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using ATS and HR tech tools
- Self-starter who strives for excellence for themselves and their teams.
- Attention to detail and appreciation for high-quality outcomes.
COMPLIANCE:
- Awareness and adherence to all applicable organization-wide policies and procedures, including but not limited to Information security, HIPAA, and HR policies.
- Should adhere to applicable Do's & Don'ts of implemented Information Security Management System including HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST regulations.
Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management.
