IE Engineer is responsible to setup necessary processes in the production line to distribute
job load efficiently and create necessary Work Instructions (SOP) indicating the way of work, assembly sequence, material needed and tools (if required); in order to achieve production plan on time and with the required quality.
Prepare new model
introductions and implement Design Engineering changes.
Continuous improvement
implementation and/or follow-up.
Support production line to minimize and reduce quality defects.
**1.**Providing clear work instructions (SOP), to balance line and avoid worker misunderstanding.
**2.**Standard Labor Time (SLT) reduction, study production line and balance job.
Improve Process.
**3.**Improve Units per Hour (UPH) output, Reduce Defects and eliminate waste.
**4.**Support production line to solve assembly, inspection or packing problems and feedback to proper
Depts.
**5.**Problem root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
**6.**Space Rationalization, assign appropriate space for materials and flow.
**7.**Energy Saving, follow recycle, conservation and waste prevention programs.
**8.**Over Time Prevention.
**9.**Employee Safety provide sufficient information and correct gear to perform job.
Environmental Conservation, follow programs to reduce or eliminate contamination.
Experiência y requisitos
Practical
Manufacturing Experience: Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Understand the limitations of assembly lines, human requirements for safety and
environmental issues, and practical analytical skills to assess and resolve
production issues.




Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in the electronics or consumer - electronics industry.
Familiarity
with the specific processes and challenges of TV manufacturing to optimize
production and ensure quality.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in
CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, such as AutoCAD, for creating detailed
design images, schematics or process layout.
Knowledge of manufacturing
processes, materials, and equipment is also essential.
- Process Improvement: Experience
in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency,
reduce costs, and maintain quality.
Designing and implementing new processes,
equipment, and systems.
- Project Management: Strong
project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor production processes,
ensuring that production targets are met and resources are used efficiently.
- Quality Control: Experience in
quality control and assurance to ensure that the final products meet the
required standards and specifications.
Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work closely with other engineers, production staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
