About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about designing scalable solutions, integrating complex systems, and delivering high-performance Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
- Ensure CRM best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field




- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Platform Developer II is a plus)
- Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex
- Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, or Gearset
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentoring or tech lead experience
