About the Role

We are currently seeking a Power BI Developer to support EHR application managed services, analytics, reporting, and data management for healthcare organizations in the United States. Our teams help healthcare organizations transform complex EHR data into meaningful insights while developing professionals through healthcare technology exposure and Epic database-focused certification opportunities such as Cogito, Caboodle, and Clarity.

How You'll Make an Impact

Through this role, you will help healthcare organizations transform data into reliable, actionable insights by:

· Writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL scripts, including SQL tuning and performance improvement activities.

· Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Qlik, or similar platforms.

· Developing data warehouse and analytics solutions by writing ETL logic, creating visualizations, and performing data and statistical analysis.

· Designing, building, and supporting reporting, information,



and analytics solutions using healthcare and EHR-related data models.

· Collaborating with internal developers, cross-functional teams, U.S.-based clients, and project stakeholders to translate business needs into data deliverables.

· Supporting Epic-related backend development, system migrations, integrations, and operational data tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

· Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate directly with U.S.-based stakeholders.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field.

· Strong SQL experience, ideally at an intermediate-advanced to advanced level, including experience developing complex SQL scripts.

· Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Qlik, or similar platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

· Previous experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), especially Epic.

· Experience in healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or application support environments.





· Background as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, SQL Developer, Backend Developer with database experience, or Data Engineer with BI exposure.

· Knowledge of Epic database-related environments or interest in completing Epic-focused certifications such as Cogito, Caboodle, and Clarity.

What We Offer

· Competitive salaries based on level and overall fit:

MXN $30,000 - $41,000 gross per month for Associate-level profiles

MXN $40,000 - $60,000 gross per month for Consultant-level profiles.
